I suggest you actually start listening to people and actually ban the hackers as we show defenetly enough proof as we show you them shooting through 5 different walls and you still say "not enough proof".
I kindly ask you to get your head out of your ass and do something about it :)

Dude why it took you 10 months to post this... + they need more proofs because they never played this game before.

Dont worry, I once reported a guy who recorded themselves using ada back in 2020, and at first they said it isnt enough proof. Had to bring to their attention the fact that there is a FUCKING FOV CIRCLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THEIR SCREEN

So yeah, we can assume they will only ban if:
1. They wallshoot people or hit people with melee from the other side of the map
2. You reply to their reply and explain in detail.

To be fair, your best bet is to just DM a Moderator or Head-Moderator directly via discord messages. Keep in mind that they have a personal life and might not anwser immediately.

I don't see it either... Just kidding, I'll report the player myself, what I can do is lock the player's account (won't be able to log-in until review is approved/denied) during the time being until support can confirm the player report. I'm hoping by having a moderator reporting this will entice them to acknowledge what's going on.

But I completely understand how you feel, I always add unnecessary edits just to convince them to ban a certain player who isn't hiding their cheat programs.

I'll keep you updated about the report, and sorry for these inconveniences.

Hey guys please report Hwk5 , Undetected , Hvrrz this guy is scamming people and selling items for real money he is breaking all rules, he is banned and moved all his items to a new account and keep scamming people please ban hin forever . His discord was TiagoCepa but after he scammed me he changed his discord name to Faggot#7748 and blocked me and his ingame name Undetected I have pictures and proof of him scamming me and he scamming many people please do something please ban all his accounts he made a new account name ingame : Undetected and he is keep selling items for real money and scamming people and steal their money please ban him forever.

Haha this support team is truly the worst I have ever seen. Not banning hackers at all, but when i managed to get legit 60 kills I got banned immedietely after the game and of course noone from support is responding or giving me any reason why they did so.
